2lj operates under Philippine law and PAGCOR's regulatory framework. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 2lj. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 2lj will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting systems, engage in collusion, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

By accessing the 2lj Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 2lj Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and use the 2lj Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
2lj reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.
To register on 2lj, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted during the registration process, and to update such information promptly if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 2lj Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. If 2lj discovers that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be suspended, any Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and winnings derived from duplicate Accounts may be voided at 2lj's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 2lj will never contact you to request your password. You agree to notify 2lj immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 2lj shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements, 2lj may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures at any time. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All deposits on 2lj are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 2lj accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
2lj does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which 2lj accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same banking day, subject to bank processing times.
Before processing any withdrawal, 2lj may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 2lj Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 2lj reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive Accounts with a positive Balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero Balance may be closed after the inactivity period.
2lj may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:
All bets placed on 2lj are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. 2lj reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
Sports betting markets on 2lj cover events including but not limited to NBA, PBA, boxing, UFC, judo, and basketball competitions. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked in. 2lj reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice.
All casino games on the 2lj Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. 2lj does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined solely by the certified RNG system.
If you wish to dispute the outcome of a bet or game result, you must submit a formal complaint to 2lj customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered. 2lj's decision on disputed results is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2lj Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the 2lj Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 2lj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 2lj Platform without the prior written consent of 2lj.
2lj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By registering on 2lj, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. 2lj will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2lj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
2lj's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
2lj does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 2lj will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
2lj is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the Platform. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to provide player protection tools seriously.

2lj reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
In the event of termination for breach, 2lj reserves the right to forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds in your Account and to recover any amounts paid out in error.
2lj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 2lj will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 2lj Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising between you and 2lj in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to 2lj's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines, including PAGCOR where applicable.
